The purchase of this listing does not come off of the sign purchase once the proof is finalized. It is a stand alone purchase to cover design, proofing, and editing time with our designer.

Upon purchasing this listing, our designer will begin to create a proof for you to view within the time frames provided below. We will use the details and information that we collect from you, create a proof, and make changes as agreed upon with the customer.

Our Turnaround For Custom Designs
1-3 business days for a simple proof
2-4 business days for signs with small changes to original idea
Up to 2 weeks for a full custom sign that has a lot of detail and many changes.

We will refund the amount of this listing, if we receive a cancellation request for the custom order, BEFORE we start designing and sending proofs. Once the process starts and we have provided proofs, we cannot offer a refund for this listing. This order is to reserve time with our graphic designer, and is essentially to pay for her time.

Please understand that we have many custom orders daily that we work with, and that it also takes time to make revisions for proofs. We do our very best to keep in touch, in a timely manner

These are only estimates. Some custom orders require more time to create. If you are on a tight schedule and need it sooner we will work with you to make arrangements.

Actual shipping time varies depending on your location. Production and shipping time should be added to the turnaround timing listed above.

If there are delays in proof approvals, your item can be delayed in production and shipping.
